The Tasmanian Government is committed to providing opportunities for community involvement in the development and ongoing review of Government policy and legislation. We are seeking your input on proposed amendments to provide for contract administrators of residential building work contracts.
The Director’s Determination – Mandatory Contract Provisions specifies the mandatory provisions that must be included in a residential building work contract. Proposed changes to the Determination will provide for a contract to be administered by an architect on behalf of the owner.
